Minor fix.

Bugfix

Skolverket's definition of a dutyrole and the YAML were in missmatch regarding studie-och yrkesvägledare. In the YAML the Enum for the duty is supposed to have a space after - in "studie-och yrkesvägledare". This is now corrected with an added " ".

Fix will be deployed 12:00 2022-11-01 and will take affect after next reload.
