Minor release focusing on improving performance on request time and also containing two smaller buggfixes.

Buggfix

• Earlier when using filters the same person could appear multiple times, this has now been fixed with duplication on results being removed.
• In the Extens version of SS12000 the calculation of which unit a school class belongs to under certain circumstances could place the class incorrectly. This has now been fixed.

Improvements

• The change reduces the number of requests that are processed at the same time for a combination of client and process node. Also, clients with fewer concurrent requests are prioritized so that clients with few or very lightweight requests don't need to wait for a long when there are other clients making many time-consuming requests.
