Changes

- Removing the experimental flags Vux, Supplier,unmanagedEnrollments and making them part of standard configuration
This change has been postponened (removing vux and unmanagedEnrollments flags)

Bugfixes

- There where previous a problem where Studyplan year could vary. The calculation for this have now been corrected.

- CalenderEventsRequired in Extens was always returning true. This have been fixed to be calculated in the same way it was done in version 1 of SS12000 implementation.

- Some customers not using grades got stuck in source reload. This have been fixed.
