ID:t på en person i educloud är unikt, men om personen finns i 2 kommuner har den samma id då? Kan personer ha samma id som en annan person i en annan kommun?
Har hand om synken för 6 kommuner och planerar att använda id som unik identifierare istället för personnummer för att få med hanteringen av tillfälliga personnummer, men vill inte få en krock.
