Changes in IST administration takes a long time before they show up in EduCloud

We are building a integration using the API and notice that changes made in administration does not show up directly, But takes a while

Is there any information on how often or when this synk is running?

Morning.
The sync activates every 4 hours. There's a sync status endpoint you can use to get information about when it last refreshed and if it's currently refreshing.

Jag hoppas IST möjliggör att syncen kan gå oftare framöver.
I vår identitetshantering upplever vi ofta att det tar för lång tid för förändringar att slå igenom på grund av detta.

Pratade med supporten om detta går att ändra per kund men det gick tyvärr inte.
